User Acceptance of Agreement
www.veenstrapublishing.biz, www.troyveenstra.com, www.lordkogaebooks.com, www.troyveenstrabooks.com , including all site-related content and services (hereinafter "the Sites"), are provided by Venstra Publishing (hereafter "VP,” "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Sites is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms of Use") posted on the Sites, as the Terms of Use may change from time to time and which supplements any additional guidelines or other terms posted by Veenstra Publishing in relation to the Sites services or content or materials. Before you may download any products, including, without limitation, all text, graphics, photographs, audio, and Downloadable Books (collectively the "Downloadable Books,” or “Ebooks"), you must accept the terms and conditions set forth in this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement"). We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use to the Sites. By using the Sites, you agree to be bound by the version of the Terms of Use then in effect. Veenstra Publishing advises you to print and retain a copy of this Agreement in hard copy as a record. Veenstra Publishing may deny service to you at any time and in its sole discretion, including, in the event you do not adhere to the then-current Terms of Use or this Agreement.

THIS AGREEMENT DESCRIBES YOUR RIGHTS. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT BEFORE PURCHASING ANY BOOKS. PURCHASE OF ANY BOOKS INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE A BOOK FROM THIS SITE. Veenstra Publishing grants a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, nontransferable license to view the contents of the Sites and use the services available on the Sites subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Access By Minors
The Sites are intended for visitors aged 18 and up. Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. Section 230(d), as amended, we hereby notify you that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software or filtering services) are commercially available that may assist you in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors.
Replacement/No Refund Policy
You acknowledge that Veenstra Publishing will not provide refunds. VP will replace damaged content with either an undamaged file of the work, or a work or equal value. You must request replacement of damaged files within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. Requests must be made via the "Contact Us" portal that can be accessed from the bottom of any page on the Sites.
Fraud Policy
Veenstra Publishing has the right to put a temporary or permanent hold on any purchases if fraud is suspected by VP or Paypal at anytime
Copyright
Other than works or submissions by others, Copyright on the Sites, including all materials included in it, is owned by or licensed to Veenstra Publishing, and all rights are reserved. You must abide by all copyright notices and restrictions contained on the Sites.
You may not copy, distribute, enter into a database, display, perform, create derivative works of, transmit, or otherwise use any materials from the Sites (including audiovisual material, text, graphics or computer programs or other code) ("Site Materials"), except that (1) you may access and view any eBook materials pursuant to the terms of the VP End User License Agreement offered during the process of purchasing a license for limited use of the eBook content, or (2) you may download one machine-readable copy of the Site Materials (other than eBook content) only for personal, noncommercial use. You agree not to alter the text, graphics or audiovisual content, and to refrain from removing any trademark, copyright, or other notice displayed on the Site Materials.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any or all of the Sites and this Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Indemnification, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law sections of this Agreement shall survive any such termination.
The Sites, including all information included therein, is provided "as is," with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or of the results obtained from the use of the Sites.
NO INFORMATION, CONTENT, ADVICE OR ADVERTISEMENT GIVEN BY VEENSTRA PUBLISHING, ITS CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, USERS OF SITES, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM, WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, AND YOU AGREE NOT TO RELY ON ANY SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUCH PURPOSES. THE EBOOKS AND OTHER ITEMS SOLD ON THE SITES AND ALL OTHER SERVICES RELATED TO THE SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, DATA SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, FUNCTIONALITY OF PRIVACY SETTINGS, SITE AVAILABILITY OR SITE OPERATION, COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, OR TIMELINESS. ALL ROMANCE DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITES, ANY PORTIONS THEREOF, ITS ADVERTISING SERVICES, OR THE EBOOKS SOLD, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, WORKS SOLD, OR SERVICES; AND (ii) THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SITES, INCLUDING PRIVACY SETTINGS, AND ANY WORKS OR MATERIALS THEREON IS WITH END USER. END USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. THE DISCLAIMERS HEREIN APPLY TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, USER PROVIDED CONTENT, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. SOME STATES MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY. THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND THE END USER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL VEENSTRA PUBLISHING OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, OR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THE SITE MATERIALS OR CONTENT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST SAVINGS OR CREDITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DAMAGE TO HARDWARE OR LOST OR DAMAGED DATA OR OTHER PROGRAMS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES, THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SITES, THE SITE MATERIALS OR ASSOCIATED INFORMATION (IF ANY), EVEN IF ALL ROMANCE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY OR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. ALL ROMANCE'S SOLE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, AND YOUR SOLE REMEDY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES, THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SITES, THE MATERIALS OR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREWITH, OR DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE UPON SUCH INFORMATION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE WILL NOT EXCEED IN THE AGGREGATE THE FEE PAID BY YOU FOR THE EBOOK MATERIALS, OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE SITES, IF ANY. BECAUSE SOME STATES MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT OF LIMITATION PERMITTED BY STATE LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Veenstra Publishing, its successors, assigns, and affiliates, and its directors, officers, employees, agents and consultants, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and other expenses that arise out of or from (a) your use, access or activities with respect to any of the Sites, (b) any violation of these Terms of Use or any other terms set forth on the Sites by you, including breach of any representations or warranties made by you; (c) your violation of any third party right of copyright, privacy, or any other third party right; (d) any claim that content you posted damaged a third party.
Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use, and when applicable the License Agreement for the purchase of a license for eBook Materials, the Website Advertising Agreement, and any other applicable terms or agreements provided on any of the Sites, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between VP and you relating to the use of the Sites, services provided on the Sites, or eBook Materials ("entire Agreement") and supersedes all other prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, and communications, and/or advertising by Veenstra Publishing, its consultants, employees or agents. The entire Agreement cannot be amended, modified, or waived, unless the change is written and signed by an authorized officer of Veenstra Publishing. If any provision of the entire Agreement is held unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of the entire Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of the entire Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Veenstra Publishing failure to assert any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any provision contained in the entire Agreement that, in order to effectuate its plain meaning intent must survive termination, survive termination of any portion of the entire Agreement. The entire Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to its conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction for any disputes arising under the entire Agreement shall lie solely in the state or federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida, and you hereby consent to such personal jurisdiction before such courts and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient site objections to such courts, in any matter arising out of or related to the Sites, the entire Agreement, and any products or services purchased through or promoted on the Sites. The parties hereto acknowledge that a suit for damages arising out of any breach or violation of any provision of the entire Agreement by you, with the exception of any obligation for payment, will be inadequate and shall cause irreparable harm that cannot be fully remedied by monetary damage and in the event of any breach or violation, or threatened breach or violation, of this Agreement, Veenstra Publishing alone shall have the right, in addition to any other rights or remedies available at law or in equity, to obtain injunctive relief without the necessity of proving actual damages. All Romance may assign its rights and obligations under the entire Agreement. Nothing in the entire Agreement shall be construed to create any third party rights or benefits. You agree to comply with all United States and foreign export control laws and regulations. 1. Once payment has been processed and approved through PAYPAL, you will receive your book(s) from veenstrapublishing@live.com, please make sure to keep an eye out for it.
2. The SUBJECT of the e-mail message will be stated as “Ebooks from Veenstra Publishing."
3. Book(s) will be attached to the e-mail in PDF FORMAT ONLY
4. If you accidentally delete the message and the attached books please contact us at veenstrapublishing@live.com if you have not received or deleted the message within (3) Three days
5. If you accidentally delete the message and contact us in the allotted time as stated above we will send you 1 (one) copy of each book purchased to the e-mail you give us.
6. There will be no replacement of lost, deleted, missing or for any other reason after five days from the purchase of each book.
7. For the purpose of PAYPAL POLICY you are paying for a service or intangible objects
